Privacy policy for webinars with GoToWebinar
A webinar is comparable to a presence seminar and takes place computer- and software-supported over the internet. In order to be able to conduct webinars over the Internet, DPS Software GmbH uses the software solution GoToWebinar from LogMeIn, Inc. For the order-related execution of the webinar, we will submit your login or customer data to LogMeIn, Inc. The following data is requested: First name, surname, company name, zip code, e-mail address, telephone (optional). The transmission of the data takes place via an encrypted SSL connection.

During and after the webinar, statistics are transmitted to DPS Software GmbH. If you participate in a webinar, ask or answer a question during the webinar, in addition to your credentials we will receive information about the duration of the course, interest in the webinar, the question asked, or answer to further customer support or enhance the user experience.

An encrypted connection is established between you and the organizer of the webinar.

You can end the session at any time by simply closing the browser window or exiting the program or app. If your contact person terminates the session, your session participation will be automatically terminated.

YouTube
On our website, we use components (videos) from the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In doing so, we use the "enhanced privacy mode" option provided by YouTube.
